In the ladies Euro Cup the reigning champions Holland were held to a draw in-their opening match. The goal scoreline was 1-1.
The goals was scored Jill Roord and Anderson scored for Sweden.
This match was highly entertaing as expected when the two top ranking countries play against each other,
But Holland lost their main goalkeeper and right back due to injuries during he match.
