 Now Barcelona have gone and told Frenkie De Jong, that he can either take half of his weekly salary, and if he does not want to take apay cut he can very well leave.

 Now people say Barcelona are treating their players very badly here. 

Please understand this Salary Cap was put by the president of th Spanish La Liga Javier Tebas, and all clubs in Spain are facing this problem not just Barcelona, for example Villarreal, Seville, Valencia and Real Betis have not signed a single player. The La Liga is dead and buried.
