The problem is created by the President of the Spanish La Liga Javier Tebas , who has now put a Salary cap on all clubs in Spain, so it is not possible to pay he contract salary, as the salary cap changes each year the salary cannot be given like in the contract. This year Barcelona has a salary cap of 144 million Euros. Now if the salary of the club does not reach 144 million Euris then Barcelona cannot register their new players bought in the summer.
But Barcelona can keep them at the club till they balance their salary cap. But they cannot play for Barcelona.
But te saddest thing here is that thus salary cap is not approved at the yearly U.E.F.A A.G.M, it was rejected. Socan the president of U.E.F.A Alexander Coffrin explain why it is in Spain only te salary cap.?
