THIS IS WHY U.E.F.A DECIDED NOT TO APLY TE SALARY CAP IN EUROPEANCLUBS IN THE E.C.A.

Now during the last A.G.M of U.E,F,A held in Switzerland it was originally planned to be applied to all the 640 clubs in the E.C.A European Club association.

But at the A,G,M it was decided not to apply that rule this year.

The reason being if the SALARY CAP came as a rule then no club would be able to sell or buy players s all would find it very difficult to sell or even buying players a today average players are getting 200,000 to 300,000 pounds.

And football would be dead and buried.

But my big question I ask is if it is not approved in the U.E.F.A A.G.M, why is it a rule in Spain?
