Th Brazilian born Spanish footballer Diego Costa, who had won the English Premier League, twice with Chelsea and had joined the Spanish clubs Atletico Madrid on two different periods.
He was planning to join Wolves in England; t e work permit was rejected at first as he is neither playing for a club or for Spain .
But they won a work permit after appealing for the rejection.
He has also passed a medical test as well.
