The win by Napoli over Liverpool at Naples , was a real David an Goliath match.
Napoli never thought they could really beat Liverpool who have won both th English premier League and the champion League, while Napoli won the Sira A under Diego Maradona, and that was ages ago.
Julio Spalletti had a plan and followed it for Napoli.
Napoli never expected to score four goals against Liverpool but to win it in some style and mind you there could have ben more goals as a penalty was saved by Liverpool.
But Napoli have beaten Liverpool before in 2018 and in 2019 , that was long ago.
The city of Naples papers only spoke of the win over Liverpool.
