The Arsenal player Kieran Tierany had not only been pulled back by a F,C. Zurich player from the back , he had his jersey Cleary ripped of .

 And clearly according to F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A rules pulling a person b holding him back by the jersey is a clear bookable offense and a yellow card as well.

 But it was very astonishing that no foul was given and no yellow card was shown.

 Here U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A are to be blamed as the referees re employs of  F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A and if these type of blind bats as   referees at the 2022 world cup, we will be seeing them showing a player three yellow cards followed by a red card .Can F.I.F.A  explain why te standard of refereeing has fallen to its lowest eb?
