 All the Spanish clubs have to abide by a salary cap that changes each yea so those on fancy salaries  will either have to take large pay cuts or are sold. Mind you this salary cap is introduced by he president of the Spanish La Liga Javier Tebas , and not by Barcelona. So many clubs in Spain did t buy players in the summer transfer window.

All these clubs have won the Europa League  ,some have won it repeatedly That time these fans faied to open teir dirty mouths.

1) Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspurs  Manchester United Celtic , Seville, Ajax and Atletico Madrid ,Chelsea.
