HOWARD WEBB THE HEAD OF THE REFEREEING IN ENGLAND WILL MEET EVERY MANAGER < OVER THRGREIENCES WITH REFEREES AND V.A.R.

 Now Howard Web the former referee in England, who was then working in the Major League Soccer, in the U.S.A.

 He now is the head of refereeing and V.A.R. will be going to each and every club in England and discuss the grievances the managers are having.

 For example, in the Arsenal and the Newcastle United match there was  a handball and  a Newcastle United player pulled he jersey of the Arsenal player, both are clear fouls ,but the referee waived on play and did not stop the game.

 No wonder Michal Areta said they were scandalous.

 The less said of V.A.R the beter it should e thrown out for good it as failed football badly.
