Pierre Emerick Abumeyang cannot join Barcelon in the January transfer window. He moved from Barcelona to Chelsea, during the summer transfer window, and he had agreed to take a pay cut as well
Now he wants to go back to Barcelona in this January transfer window.
But this cannot be done because of rule number 14/5 which clearly says that if a footballer cancels his license with a club, he cannot rejoin tat club again in the same season.
So he will have to wait for the summer transfer window to open/
