CHELSEA CLAIM IT WAS COMPUTER GLITCH THAT CAUSD PROBLEMS WITH P.S.G.

 Chelsea claim that there was a Computer error as a glitch which caused the papers of the contract of Hakim Zye ich  ,who was planning to lave Chelsea on a loan deal to P.S.G.
