Now Chelsea at to go ahead and get a exemptions from the English Premier League, over their very big spending.
Their reason is that when Chelsea , and Roman Abramovich were facing sanctions from F,I,FA, U.E.F.A and the E.P.L ,. The club did not get a single penny so they were not allowed to buy or sell players due to sanctions.
But now it is not clerk how the E. P.L will respond to this request.
