COURT OF ARBITRATORS FOR SPORT SHOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN MANCHESTER CITY THE WIN OVER TE CSE FILE BY U.E.F.A.

 Here C.A.S The Court for Arbitrators for Sport, were very wrong in letting Manchester Citty of the hook, when U.E.F.A had filed a case against. Manchester City, over breaching Financial Fair Play rules. in 2020 , even after U.E.F.A found. Manchester City guilty of breaking F.F.P. Rules. C.A.S overturned the ruling  .

Saying it breached   the Time Frame  and the  fine was reduced to 9, nine million pounds only. City got out free.

 but this was clearly a fraud case and done habitually from 2009 to 2018.A fraud can be discovered  after ten or thirty years , so the FRAUDSTER   can  mow go free  on the Time Free  rule.

 If C.A.S had only  bothered to punish Manchester City  , the club would not have been hated   and getting expelled is very much a reality now
