PEP GUARDIOLA DEFENDS HIS MASTERS MANCETER CITY ARE INNOCENT HE SAYS>

 Now Pep Guardiola has come forward.  to defend his Arab masters the owners of Manchester City.

 He also said that the other nineteen clubs. Have already given their verdict saying Mancheser City s GUILTY.  He also said City were not found guilty by C.A.S.  But then I would ask why did C.A.S take a less fine of nine million pounds, if City were absolutely innocent. The case was thrown out, and City did not win  the case. Tè case was thrown out, because five years had past.  It past the five years' time frame.

City cannot appeal to C.A.S  , as the Independent Commission will hear the case.  Yes City can appeal but it will be a new Independant commission Pannel of three lawyers.
