THE MANCHESTER CITY HEARING BY A INDEPENDENT COMMISSION WILL TAKE FOUR YEARS TO FINISH.

 Now people think that the independent   commission hearing should be dealt fast and a quick result must be got. But things do not work that way at all.

As this is the biggest scandal in the English Premier League history with  115 one hundred- and fifteen-times Manchester City had gone and broken the Financial Fair Play Rules , and the clubs facing a total of 35 thirty-five different charges as well.

Now Lord Pannick K.C , the lawyer  for Manchester City will go very carefully over each word. Mind you hee is charging 5,000 to 10,000 pounds per hour.

 So  it  will take at least four years for the final ruling to be out. They have to look at accounts from 2009/to 2018.Quite a lot of figures.

 So the punishment if and when found guilty should be expulsion from the E,P,L, for ten years.

 Actually, Manchester City must  not be allowed to buy or sell a single player till the final hearing.

 And mind you if found guily Manchester City can appeal to the Independent commissin, that ansa change of he leafingte Independant commission ,and ore time wasted.
