THE TWELVE CLUBS FROM THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE WILL NOT FACE PUNISHMENT FROM U.E.F.A.

The 12, twelve original clubs that formed the European Super League, will now want to face any punishment, fine, ban or sanctions from the U.E.F.A or F.I. FAAs their protection was restored by the court in Madrid.

In April 2021 when the European super League was introduced    an injunction was filed to protect the 12 twelve cubs, and players.

In  April 2021 the injunction was overturned by the court in Madrid. But now the injunction is now restored fully protecting them. And will stay till the final judgement from the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg. Which is due later in the year.

The court also said that U.E.F.A's monopoly and position. Cannot be used to pressure. or threaten players, clubs, or companies willing to innovate and invigorate competition in professional football. .

The court  also said the way U.E.F.A conduct towards the European Sueper League clubs was motivated to protect European sports model was a very flimsy excuse.

Now we will have to wait for the final results later in the year.
