BARCELONA BY LAW CANNOT DEDUCT POINTS, DEMOTE OR FINE THE CLUB AS THEYA RE NOT BANKRUPT>

  Please this is written several times as people  do t seem to understand the problems facing Spanish clubs, not just Barcelona. BARCELONA ARE NOT ANKRUPT. They were the fifth highest earner in Europe last year.

 So demoting, deducting and fining  a club can only be done when a club is  bankrupt  and a admistratar   is appointed by he La Liga. That has not happened. so once a admittatur is appointed then Barcelona will get nine points deducted, and will have to play in the second tier.

 The problem here is the salary cap. Each ear the salary cap s cut and this year the  club Barcelona, wil have to trim their wages by 200 million pounds, which will not be easy. Old contracts with huge  alaries are causing e problem.
