THE LA LIGA HAS BANNED BARCELONA FROMBUYING PLAYERS IN THE SUMMER TRANSFER WINDOW>

 Now the president pf the Spanish La Liga Javier Tebas ,has come forward to tell Barcelona that they cannot buy a footballer in the summer transfer window. As they must trim their wage bill by 177 one hundred and seventy-seven million pounds., which is a lot. 

And even if they do trim their huge wages , hey will be allowed only a sum of seventy-one million pounds can be spent.

 Please kindly note tis is because of he salary cap put in place in the Spanish La Liga.

And nothing to do with Barcelona debt or money. They are not bankrupt.  It is this silly salary cap causing big problems in Spain.
