U.E.F.A HAVE NOT YET INTRODUCED THE SALARY CAP AND MADE IT A RULE IN EUROPE,SO WHY IN SPAIN?

 I have always said that the Spanish La Liga president Javier Tebas  has gone and introduced the salary ap in the La Liga.

 But he big question asked here is it a legal thing to do under he European Employment Law?

 You see the U.E.F.A and the E.C.A have not gone and introduced it in the 640 six hundred and forty clubs. 

 So let us see  if it will be made legal and official at their A,G.M which will be held on 7/4/2023.

  If it is not made legal and official at their A.G.M , having a salary cap in Spain is illegal now.
