SO EXACTLY WHY THE V.A.R WAS NOT CALLED TO BE USED IN HE CHAMPION LEAGUE MATCH PLAYED BETWEEN REAL MADRID AND MANCHESTER CITY.

 So exactly why did the referee   did not use the V.A.R   when the al did go out, but Bernard Silva puled the ball back , and the match continued.
