THIS A BIG SETBACK FOR SIR JIM RATCLIFFE WHERE TE NEW STADIUM IS CONCERNED>

 Now thus is defeatedly a very big set ack for Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who wants to go ahead and build a new football stadium to go and replace t famous OLD TRAFFORD. 

And a project of the new stadium  will be costing a huge sum of 2, two billion pounds.

Now Sir Jim Ratcliffe was expcting that the Government would help with a finance a small amount of hat  amount.

 But nw Tracey Crouch the former sporting minister and M.P says no ssuch money will be made available to Hiim to build a new stadium..

 Jim Ratcliffe. should now look elsewhere for that money.
