 Now tere have been reports of former footballers who have gone and retired, but joined the   gym and have now gone nd  developed very big bulging muscles .

1) Mesut Ozil. German, Schalke, Arsenal and Real Madrid.

2)   Fernando Torres. Spain Liverpool, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.
