NOW SIR JIM RATCLIFFE IS BRITISH NATIONALITY BUT MOVD TO MONACO FOR SAVING TAX>

 It is reported that Sir Jim Ratcliffe  has a British Nationality ,but has gone and moved to the royal state of Monaco, clearly to avoid taxes.

 Now Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to go ahead and build a   new stadium with a sitting capacity of 100,000.. And it will be costing two Billion pounds   which is a huge amount.

 So he was  saying  the money could come from Naming rights Sponsor deals and tax payers paying for te stadium.

 Now after dodging paying tssx should he get taxpayers money here  not fair  according to me.
