Now ts eson there will e changes n te handball rule , now P.G.M.O.L do nt ant to give ant sill soft penalties. And wille some changes made , letus hope it is for e better.
Now penalties will nt e given if tge ball touches tge leg first and then the hand, and if te hand is down and awy from the ball it wil nt be given mnow.
