COULD HOWARD WEBB AND THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE EXPLAIN A FEW THINGS HERE>

1) The ball was in motion when the free kick was taken Rules ay the ball must be still.

 3)  Declan Rice was walking when Velton took a free kick and the ball hit the leg of Declan Rice, please note   the ball hit him while he was walking away from the ball and the player, so no obstruction

3) Velton kicked Declan Rice  , and the Arsenal players fell down, F.I.F.A rules  say no player can kick some one lt is clearly a red card  dangeros play. no wonder the referee had to be escorted by four or five policemen  what a shame.

 4) Why are tge English regferees so bad re tgey told by tge F<A,P,G.M.O.L  and the E.P.P.L .
