NOW ONE QUESTION HERE WHO WILL BE PAYING THE FEE FOR THE INDEPENDENT RGULATOR>

 The big question I ask here is  The Labour party want to introduce the Independent Regulator.

 But  I would love to now who will be paying the Independent Regulator, the government, or football

 I believe it will be about roughly ten million pounds a year.  

 Now this fool Gary Neville  says U.E.F.A are doing SCAREMONGERING  , as U,E,F,A have sent a letter warning at if a Independent Regulator is appointed then England would ten be expelled from U,E,F.A and from F,I,F,A,

 In cse you are not aware te  charter of both U,E,F,A and F,I,F,A clearly say no tird part y can interfeare  in footbal. And nothing should be controlled by any Government. once appointed   England will be expelled from Euro ,World cup nd also All English football  from the under 12
