But here there ae 115,one hundred and fifteen charges. nd some are vey serious not only breaching P.S.R Rule, but breaking the law as well.
And Manchester City have beached P.S.R rules hundred times .So f you calculate it it is 1,115 points so which tier wil they be in may I know.
