NOW THE 2030 WORLD CUP WILL BE HELD IN ARGENTINA< URUGUAY< PORTUGALSPAI AD MONACCO NONE HAVE GOALINETECHNOLOGY>

 Now the 2030 world cup, which will be the centenary  year  the F,I,F,A world cup, t first world cup ws held in Uruguay in the year 1930.

 But sadly  Argentina, Uruguay, Portugal, Spain and Monaco do not have goaline technology.

 Now F,I,F,A introduced the goaline technology  in te year 2012 after the 2010 World cup in South Africa.

 Now if countries are refusing to   implement it  ten sadly tgese countries cannot and should not hold a world cup.
