The Spanish club Atletico Bilbao may not have won many big trophies , and they have a very good reason to. This Spanish club from the Basque region of Spain, only allow footballers from the Basque region to either join the club and also their academy, they believe in complete loyalty to the club, so naturally with out buying famous footballers from around the world they can not win trophies.
