BARCELONA WIN THE APPEAL BY LEVANTE AT C.A.S.

Levante had appealed to the Spanish F.A that Barcelona's youngster 19 year old Juan Chumi Bandariaz , who usually plays in the Barcelona B. Team, and had picked up his fifth yellow card for the season, so according to F.I.F.A rules he should serve a one match ban. But Barcelona played Juan chumi Bandariaz in the first leg of the Copa Del Rey cup. The Spanish F.A rejected the appeal saying that the rules say very clearly that the ban must be served in which division it was shown in. Levante were not happy and appealed to THE COURT OF SPORT ADMISTRATATION or C.A.S ,has also rejected the appeal on the same ground.
