CAN GONZALO HIGUAIN JOIN CHELSEA FROM A.C.MILAN?

The very big question I ask here is can the Argentinean striker Gonzalo Higuaín really join up from A.C. Milan and join up with Chelsea? The reason being is Gonzalo Higuaín had joined Juventus from Napoli. But Napoli were then forced to let Gonzalo Higuaín join A.C. Milan on a loan deal, as Juventus could not afford to pay the very high weekly salaries of both Cristiano Ronaldo as well as Gonzalo Higuaín. Now Mr Sarri , the Chelsea manager knows all about Gonzalo Higuaín, as the Argentinean striker played at Napoli under Sarri. So should not Juventus decide on the loan move to Chelsea here. Chelsea have found them short of a good striker after Diego costa joined Atletico Madrid.
