The Brazilian Willian, who was thinking of leaving Chelsea and join Barcelona , during the summer transfer window. But as Chelsea have now agreed that they will not be able to buy any new players till the 2020 summer transfer window. Willian will be offered a two year deal, now Chelsea , have become more lenient with their transfer laws. Usually Chelsea will not allow a player who is already thirty years old, a two year contract. They have already given the other Brazilian David Luiz a two year contract, with the idea that these players will remain at Chelsea till the ban is lifted. Or they may have to depend to much on their youngsters who are on a loan.
