THESE TWO RECORD SET BY LIONEL MESSI WILL STAND FOR A HUNDRED YEARS.

The Argentinean footballer Libel Messi breaks football records at regular intervals. But one thing is very clear here that two of his many records will stand for well over a hundred years. 1) The record by Lionel Messi scoring a 91. ninety one goals in 2012 a single calendar year, will be there for a long , long time . But why do I say this? Only one footballer the West German footballer Gerd Muller had scored 85, eighty five goals in a single calendar year of 1971/1972, for he German club Bayern Munich. Cristiano Ronaldo has only scored 61, sixty one goals in a single calendar year. In England more then 40 forty goals they do not score , so this is why this record may never be broken. 2) Lionel Messi in the year 2012, scored in a total of 21 twenty one consecutive games , mind you this has never happened before in football history. So let us see who and how close they came nearing Lionel Messi's world record.. 1) The West German Gerd Muller comes closest to Lionel Messi's figure he scored 16, sixteen consecutive goals for Bayern Munich. 2) The English record is held by Jamie Vardy with 11, eleven goals.
