The young Spaniard Marc Jurado, who has been a product of Barcelona's famous youth academy called the La Masia or THE CASTLE.
He was there from the age of seven and is now 17, seventeen years old.
He was offered a new contract with Barcelona and it was a better one to ,but he has now rejected the deal and he will be signing up with Manchester United instead .
But we are seeing that these youngsters after progressing from the youth academy are leaving barcelona for Greener pastures but the grass is never greener on the other side.
Now there are stories that it is Lionel Messi who is the cause of these departures . And they could not be more wronger here. As Lionel Messi is a striker Marc Jurado is a left back.
Now a young Dutch midfielder Xavi Simon , left Barcelona youth team for P.S.G .
But why did he leave , as Barcelona increased his weekly salary but he wanted more money and his agent Mino Roila wanted more weekly wages so he gets a bigger share as agents fee. Nothing to do with Lionel Messi here as well.
Now the Dutch central defender Matthijs De Light , wanted to join Barcelona from Ajax, but he agent was once again Mino Roila , who wanted Barcelona to pay his client the same weekly salary as Gerrard Pique and Jordi Alba.. How is it possible, the Barcelona defenders have 14 fourteen ears experience.
So it is clear the agents are the cause of these departures.
