HAVING A HUGE BUY OUT CLAUSE IS A V BIG DRAW BACK AT TIMES.

In Spain where it is mandatory for everyone  who is employed should  have a buy out clause on their contract.

It is according to Article  16, of the employment law.

So every  footballer in Spain must have a buy out clause in their contract by law..

Now some buy out clauses especially at big clubs are ridiculous, and highly impossible to pay.

For example an average player at Real Madrid  like Isco, has a buy out of 400,four hundred million pounds.. In other words Real Madrid do not want to sell Isco.

We saw it with Lionel Messi recently, as Manchester City wanted to buy him but the Spanish La Liga told  Manchester City that they ave to opay the full buy out clause, which stood at 700,seven hundred million  Euros or 631, six hundred and thirty one million pounds..As no club can afford this   crazy money.

So a buy out clause should be  affordable amount and not a laughing matter.
