HOW CAN CHELSEA SPENT SO MUCH ON PLAYERS.

 Now with the Coronavirus spread all over the world, and it has brought the whole world economy too it's knees.Football clubs have suffered greatly financially.

 But we are seeing  the English club Chelsea spending over 230, two hundred and thirty million pounds., during this summer.. 

Now Chelsea a year back were punished by F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A, for signing underage players.

 1)Chelsea first got a two transfer window ban, but it was reduced by C.A.S to one transfer window ban only.'

Now Chelsea did not spend any money for two transfer windows  in a row., so that money is there..

2) Chelsea had sold their Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard to the Spanish giants Real Madrid., for a very huge sum of 130, one hundred and thirty million pounds,and with add ons it will cross 150, one hundred and fifty million pounds., he was sold in 2018, and now that money was paid to Chelsea in two instalments , and that money is being used to buy these  footballers.
