Francis Cagigao was a football scout for Arsenal, he was working as a scout for a period of 24, twenty four years., but he has now left Arsenal on a mutual agreement after all these years.
But you must be wondering who did he bring to Arsenal during these years.

3)He got Robin Van Persie from Feyenoord for just 2.70 two But he aied to get point seventy million pounds.
4)He Got Gabriel Marinelli from the fourth division in Brazil , with a club called Ituano., for six million pounds.
5) He failed to get Lionel Messi from the La Masia, as Arsenal could not get a work permitfor Lionel Messi.
Arsene Wenger said Francis Cagigao could really smell young talent so very easily..
Another player that he suggested was Gerard Pique, who instead signed for Manchester United.
