ARSENE WENGER WHO IS WORKING FOR F.I.F.A WANTS TO CHANGE THE THROW IN RULES.

Arsene Wenger  the former manager of Arsenal and who is now working for F.I.F.A, as Global  football development.

He is mainly in charge of making new rules in football.

He has  first to suggest a plan for a change  in the rules and then only set it up for passing by F.I.F.a in one of their meetings.

He wants to introduce kick ins instead of throw ins.

Now many years ago in hockey, when ever the ball went out of play, the hockey ball was thrown i to restart the game. But now they use the hit  in rule, the ball is hit with the hockey stick to restart the game.

In football it will be a kick off..
