The most goals ever scored by a footballer was by Josef Biscan who played for clubs in Austria and Czechoslovakia . It was then claimed that he he had scored a total of 805, eight hundred and five goals from 1933 to 1955.
But the world football governing body F.I.F.A have disagreed with this total , according to F.I.F.A rules only goals for country and first division clubs are counted friendly games, charity games games played on tours to the U.S.A and Japan in the summer vacation are not counted at all.
So the total of Josef Biscan has been cut ,for 27 ,twenty seven goals scored in the second division are not counted. So his total stands at 759, seven hundred and fifty nine goals from 495 four hundred and ninety five games.
