At the start of the season Barcelona faced big problems and once were hobbling over the relegation clubs. Senior players like Ivan Rakitic, Luis Suarez and Arturo Vidal were all sold to trim the club wages.
With a debt of one Billion pounds and no money to buy players Barcelona did the right thing they believed in their youth and promoted many to the main team. The Lionel Messi transfer added oil to the fire only.
Today they are second in the table and will lay two finals te Copa Del Rey cup and losing the final to Atletico Bilbao.
And by the way Barcelona have not yet lost a single game in the year 2020/2021.. And
And they are the only club in Europe ,that has not been defeated as yet from Germany, Italy, England , France and Spain.
Not bad at all for a bankrupt club, trusting youth paid big dividents.
