The former president of Barcelona Josep Bartomeu , who was the former president of Barcelona till October 2020,when he resigned.
On 1/2/2021 the Catalonia police came and arrested him after a aid at Barcelona's famous Nou Camp at Barcelona's other people were also arrested.
It is now refereed to as the BARCAGATE
