Now the European Super League have now gone and appointed a famous lawyer named Jean Luis Dupont , who is from Belgium.
He is famous for winning the case of he Belgian footballer called Jean Marc Bosman, in the European court of justice, in the year 1995.
The European Court of Justice will hear the case against U.E.F.A referred to the European Court of Justice in the European Union. U.E.F.A will have to send their lawyer to the European Court of Justice, as U.E.F.A failed to send a lawyer to the Commercial court in Madrid.
Now Jean Luis Dupont has fought several cases against U.E.F.A ,while being a lawyer for Real Madrid , Barcelona and Athletic Madrid.
