The first round of he Case filed by the European Super League, has been won by The European Super League. U.E.F. were given very tern warning. And the Judge Manuel Ruiz De Lara , a said that U.E.F.a can not dissolve the European super League,and must withdraw the 7,seven million pounds fine put on the twelve clubs, they must terminate all actions taken against the 12 twelve clubs of the European super league, neither can clubs be deduced of five percent earnings from U.E.F.A . U.E.F.A can now terminate all disciplinary action against te clubs . U.E.F.A can not ban Barcelona,, Real Madrid and Juventus from any champion league because of the European Super League. U.E.F.A , failing which the court will have to compensate the three clubs by paying 20 twenty million pounds a day. And t huge.
The Judge also warned U.E.F.A failing to abide by the court decision , would lead to criminal and fines as well as both.
But please note this verdict only stands in Spain.. And to make it apply in entire Europe, the referral ,has been sent by the judge to the European COURT OF JUSTICE in the E.U.

The judge also said that it was a fundamental right for a league club to break away and form another league , according to the COMPETITION COURT and Competition law..And all displinary actionmust be wound up at once.
