THIS WHY THE F.I.F.A RULE CAME, THAT GOALKEPERS CANNOT TOUCH BACKPASS BALLS.

Now this rule by F.I.F.A. of the goalkeeper not allowed to use his hands for a backpass by his team player came in the year 1994

Now in tge EURO CUP 1992 Yugoslavia had qualified for their EURO CUP group. Denmark missed out But once the war started Yugoslavia was expelled and Denmark qualified and one the EURO CUP>

But in te final match, once Denmark screed the goal, they decided to be unsporting.

Denmark players kept passing the ball to their goalkeeper Petter Sch Michael and wasted a lot of time.

Then F.I.F.A introduced the rule at the 1994 world cup in te U..S.A.
