Now in the case between Manchester Cities and the English Premier League . One point was brought up and it could be dragging several clubs in hot water.
The point was that club owners have invested millions of pounds as loans but new the court has said the interest should be charged in the Commercial interest rate only.
So it could pull Chelsea, Arsenal and Brighton clubs into trouble.
