SADLY THE SWAP DEAL BETWEN BARCELONA AND JUVENTUS HAS COLLAPSED.

 Now it is very honest fact that football clubs can no longer afford to buy costly footballers, all due to the Chinese Virus or Covid 19 virus.. As the football season has ended early in the season.
 Now earlier it  was announced that the Italian giants Juventus,  was also suffering financially, and could not spend any money so they were thinking of swapping players with other clubs.
 Now Juventus had offered their Serbian midfielder  Miralem Pajnic. And Juventus  anted the Braziian midfielder Arthur Melo.
 But Barcelona have gone and said   they are not looking at swapping players but they want hard money only.
 Th eason that Barcelona will not be  wanting  any  player for of swap here is because Barcelona will have to pay the buy out clause for he Argentinean striker  Latuaro Martinez, which will be costing 92 , ninety two Million  pounds.
 And Arthur Melo was supposed to move to Juventus, but he does not want to leave Barcelona.

BARCELONA WILL HAVE DIFICULTY SIGNING NEYMAR AND LATUARO MARTINEZ.

Barcelona will be having a great deal of difficulty in buying both Neymar as well as Latuaro Martinez. The big problem here is that according to the F.I.F.A rules , a European club can only have three footballers who are none European Union members. In other words footballers from America's Africa Asia and Australasia are counted in this group. Now Barcelona already have three players in this bracket, they are Arturo Vidal Chile, Arthur Melo Brazil, and Ansu Fati, Guyana Basu. So if Barcelona are keen to buy either of Neymar or Latuaro Martinez, they will first have to sell two players first to then buy two players. Now Lionel Messi has a dual citizenship Spanish as well as Argentinean , and Philippe Coutinho ha two passports a Brazilian and a Portuguese passport as well., as his wife is from Portugal.
