UNAI EMERY SAYS AARON RAMSEY LEFT ARSENAL TO JOIN A BIG CLUB JUVENTUS.

It is clear here Aaron Ramsey ran down his contract at Arsenal, and Juventus got him on a free transfer, o they could pay that 400,000 four hundred thousand pounds.
