Stoke City may be a mid table club but that has not stopped them having five champion league winners . their new signing Jesse Rodriguez, Bojan kikric , Xerden Shaquiri, Darren fletcher and Ibrahim Alfaley.

Even though Chelsea have won the Champion League once and Manchester United have won it three times. And Arsenal and Liverpool have come near. BARCELONA SELL THEIR STRIKER BOJAN,KRKIC TO STOKE CITY.

Barcelona have gone and sold their young striker Bojan Krkic to Stoke City, the amount is not yet disclosed. Bojan Krkic was a bright prospect for Barcelona, and he played a total of 120 matches for the Spanish giants Barcelona, so he must have been good to play so many games, but with Batrcelona the players are all talented , so to get a starting spot is very hard. So last two years he was on loan with A.s.Roma first and last year he was with the Dutch giants Ajax. He had scored ample goals wheeever he played. But the purchase of Luis Suarez for 75 million pounds means players would be sold to make that money. Bojan Krkic was no ordinarry player he is Barcelonas youngest goal scorer at 17 years and 54 days.And in the yearly days he was first choice before players like Theirry Henry and Zalatan Ibrahimovic, jut think of it he must have had good skills to do this.

BARCELONA WINS THE KINGS CUP.

Barcelona won their 25th cup, and that to in style they beat Athletic Bilbao in 4-1 fantastic victory for Barcelona.
But the first goal came in the 9th minute of the first half when Gaizka Toquero , headed the ball in to score the first and only goal for Bilbao.
In the second half Barcelona took control of the game completly , in nine minutes Barcelona scored four goals all the Barcelona skill and passing.First Yaya Toure scored a classic solo girl, to equlize , then Lionel Messi, Bojan Krkic and Xavi Hernandes scored from a beautiful free kick.
Barcelona last won the Kings cup way back in 1998.Both Thierry Henry And Andrea Inesta were absent due to injury.And Eric Abidal was suspended .
Now Barcelona have won won cup , on Sunday they have to get just one point to win the Spanish La liga title they play RealMallorca. And then the big one The champion league cup verses Manchester United. on May 27.2009. As in history no club has won the Champion league cup two years in a row. So a treeble for Barcelona are looking very bright indeed.

BARCELONA VERSES F.C. BASEL.

This match between the Spanish giants and F.C. Basel was a complete one sided affair, with Barcelona scoring a total of five goals, and Basel failed to score any goal in reply.
The goals were a delight to watch as they were scored by Barcelonas young players whose average age as only 23 ,twentythree years only. And the goal scorers are all from the Barcelona youth accedemy. That means they have not spent a single dollar on the young stars.
The goals came from Lionel Messi and two byBojan Krkic and one by the new kid Sergi Busquets and Xavi Hernandes finished in style scoring the fifth goal. Infact the third goal came i the 22, twentysecond minute. The Barcelona goalkeeper Valdez had to make only two saves in the entire match. The Barcelona team outplayed Basel , it was more like a knife going through butter.
But to the neutral spectator it was just plain delight and a lesson for young players.The game ended 5-0 in favour of Barcelona
