Footballers are very famous for taking out their jerseys, especially after scoring goals in a match. But it became a offence only after the Uruguayan striker Diego Forlan, and this particular incident. n the year 2012 Diego Forlan was playing for Manchester United, and he had scored a goal, and in his excitement he took of his Red jersey of Manchester United. But then the game started all over again, but according to F.I.F.A rules a player can not wear his jersey in the middle of the match he would have to wait for the game to stop, and then only could you wear it. The F.I.F.A rule number 12, twelve clearly states that a player will get a yellow card for removing his jersey on the pitch. F.I.F.A wanted to stop footballers wasting time on the pitch, so this rule was introduced.
