Recently Lionel Messi had a argument with he Barcelona sporting director Eric Abidal, who also played for Barcelona, Soon after that incident TE MEDIA got to work and stories started that Lionel Messi now wants to leave Barcelona, and some European clubs are keen to buy him and things could not be any further from the truth. Now the main clubs listed here were Manchester City, Manchester united and Juventus in Italy. Firstly he will not be joining Manchester United as they are not playing in the champion league. He will not be joining Manchester City either , as the club have players on very high weekly salaries. And F.I.F.A are still looking into Manchester City and if they broke FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULES. And as for Juventus it would be great to see both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi playing together at the same club, scoring sacks of goals. But that is not going to happen as Juventus can not afford to pay the weekly salary of Cristiano Ronaldo, Mr Agnelli the owner of Juventus and the Fiat car company is paying half of he weekly wages of Cristiano Ronaldo. And the president and the .C.E.O of Barcelona had a two hour meeting with Eric Abidal. It was decided by the three of them that it would be best to close the door n this unhappy incident for good.

ERIC ABIDAL AND SANRO ROSSEL APPEAR IN COURT OVER THE LIVER TRANSPLANT OF ABIDAL.

Both Eric Abidal and Sandro Rossel the former President f Barcelona have gone and appeared in court. The case here is that the French world cup winner Eric Abidal who was diagnosed with Liver Cancer in the year 2011, and it was his cousin Gerard Armand was the one who kindly donated the liver for Eric Abidal to have a successful liver transplant. He made a complete recovery and that year Barcelona won the Champion League, and for that final match Eric Abidal was made captain of Barcelona for that match only, and as Barcelona won that champion league cup he was given the honour of lifting the cup. Now THE MEDIA have come out with a story that the liver donated by the cousin was not legally transplanted and big money was paid to the doner, but Eric Abidal 's cousin flatly denies ever collecting any money for the transplant or for the donation. So now let he law take its own course.

BARRCELONA SHORTLIST A LEFT BACK FOR JORDI ALBA.

The third one is Junior Ferpo , and he plays for Real Betis in Spain, but he has a very big buy out clause of 43.7. Million pounds, far to much for a unexperienced youngster I would say. Barcelona will really have to do a lot of serious negotiations here.

A COURT IN SPAIN HAS REOPENED THE CASE OF ERIC ABIDAL< AND HIS LIVER TRANSPLANT.

A court and judge in Spain , it was the same judge who shelved the case against the former French footballer Eric Abidal, who is today the sporting director at the Spanish giants Barcelona. The case is over the irregulates where the name of the donor and other things are concerned , as the court feels that both Barcelona and Eric Abidal have gone and broken the law here. Eric Abidal was diagnosed with cancer of the liver, in theyear2010/2011. And after suffering from Cancer of the liver, he was operated in the year and a doner gave part of his liver to Eric Abidal, the person who donated the liver was the cousin of Eric Abidal. Both Barcelona and Eric Abidal deny strongly doing anything wrong here.

ERIC ABIDAL RETIRES.

The former French defender Eric Abidal has now retired after fifteen long years, in that time he played for France, Barcelona, Monaco and Olympikos. He will be remembered for a few things for continuing his football career after it was life threatening. In the year 2011 he underwent a liver transplant, and when he recovered he was made captain for the champion league match at Barcelona, which Barcelona won. It was said that his team mate and friend at Barcelona Danny Alves even came forward to donate his liver for him.

THE STRONG FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN ERIC ABIDAL AND DANNY ALVES.

 The relation between these two defenders Eric Abidal and  Danny Alves is indeed very strong, both on the pitch and off it as well..
The french defender Eric Abidal who was 34 this year,
But he has been unwell for the past few years  with liver trouble, it was first a tumour in the liver  and then in the end he had to undergo a liver transplant, which went of very well.
But Eric Abidal has said that Danny Alves  his very close friend  was willing to donate his liver to Eric Abidal,. But the Spanish giants Barcelona objected to it as Danny Alves was a professional footballer.
But Barcelona  did not renew  Eric Abidal's  contract, so he joined Monaco.
 This year Danny Alves has taken the jersey number 22 , formerly worn by Eric Abidal.
 Pep Guardiola wanted to take Eric Abidal to Bayern Munich , but the Bayern Munich  club blocked the transfer , for both health and age reasons.

BARCELONA WANT DAVID LUIZ TO STRENGTHEN THEIR DEFENSE ..

 Barcelona are very keen to buy the Brazilian defender who plays his club football at Chelsea..
 David Luiz joined  Chelsea from Benfica for 21 million pounds. So he will be a costly player to buy.
 Barcelona had trouble in their defense  last year. Their captain Carles   Puyol had many injuries as well as had undergone a few knee operations, and to add to that he is now in his thirties  , so the look out has started.
Another defender who missed a great deal of the two sesons was Eric Abidal, who had a tumor  removed, and later had a liver transplant as well, with this and growing age , his days at Barcelona were over.. Barcelona did not renew his contract.
 Barcelona felt the loss of these players , especially  in the champion league last year.
 They are now willing to pay Chelsea 30 million pounds, and if that bid fails  they are willing to pay 40 million pounds.

ERIC ABIDAL TO HAVE A LIVER TRANSPLANT.

Last year he had a tumor removed from his liver, but now the Barcelona website say that Eric Abidal will now undergo a liver transplant. The date is not yet set.
But one thing is very clear all football fans where ever they are, and which club they support will be with him in their prayers .That the liver transplant will be a big success, and the body will accept the new organ, without a rejecting chance.
The Barcelona captain Carles Puyol , has said this was a very rude shock for the entire club, and all its fans world over.
After Eric Abidal had the tumor removed, he then played in the champion league final, and wore the armband and also lifted the trophy. But it is not possible for him to recover in time for the Euro 2012.

BARCELONA WANT GLICHY.

The Barcelona giants Barcelona want the french left back Gael Glichy. They want him to replace Eric Abidal, as the Brazilian Maxwell did not live up to expectations at the club. Barcelona are ready to also give Arsenal the young spanish striker Bojan Kirk as to make the deal a sweater one , Arsennal will always be happy to have a proven striker , which they lacked this year due to injury.

The Spanish giants are after Arsenal youngster Gael Glichy as a left back for their club. Gael glichy has found it hard to get into the french team with both Patrice Evra and Eric Abidal in that position. but one thing will be certain if he does play for Barcelona soon then he will get a call faster for France then if he plays for Arsenal. but the sticking point is he has another two years to run on his contract, and this may suprise many he is wanted at Barcelona more then Fabregas.

U.E.F.A HAVE BANNED DROGBA AND BOSINGWA, BUT WHAT ABOUT OVREBO?

Michael Platini and the U.E.F.A have decided to ban Dider Drogba and Jose Bosingwa, Drogba got fourU.E.F.A games ban and Bosingwa got two games ban. It was the correct decission as these footballers are rolemodels for millions all over the world.
But what I would like to ask U.E.F.A and Platini , what they have done about the referee Tom Henning Ovrebo, he was just plain disgusting, insulted the jersey of the referees. He failed to give Chelsea four penalties, incluiding a handball in the box. He also sent of Eric Abidal of Barcelona for as he claimed that Abidal brought Anelka but it was Anelka who brought down Abidal, Abidal was a shown a straight red card and he missed the final dueto this stupid referee. This is the same referee who was told to pack his bags at the Euro2008 for not giving a goal for Italy verses Romania scored by Lucas Toni.I ask why such a referee was allowed to referee a semifinal U.E.F.A match? And I would like to know why the red card against Abidal was not withdrawn, as they admitted there is no need to see the video to know mistakes were made.What have you done Mr Platini this referee?
